Annual Reports

Pursuant to Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Business Corporations and Act No. 89/2012, the new Civil Code, BUZULUK a.s. is obliged to prepare an annual report for the fiscal year and to have its financial statements audited, as it is a joint stock company.

Furthermore, the company has a so-called information obligation, which is given by law. This obligation requires the company to provide comprehensive, balanced and comprehensive information on the development of its performance, activities and current economic position. The company informs about its financial situation and business activities through the annual report.
