Quality system and EMS

BUZULUK a.s. has implemented and certified a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001. It was among the first companies in the Czech Republic to obtain this certificate. Already in 1993 it was decided to introduce a quality management system and the subsequent one-year preparatory period was completed with the successful completion of the certification audit in January 1995.

The certified quality system includes not only the production process, but also all supporting pre- and post-production processes, including research and development.

In 2001, the company decided to implement and certify an environmental management system and after successfully passing the certification audit, the system has been certified according to the ISO 14001 standard since January 2002.

In 2017, the company management decided to implement and certify an energy management system. The subsequently implemented energy management system according to ISO 50001 was successfully certified in July 2018.

By introducing and certifying these management systems, BUZULUK a.s. fulfils its strategic objectives, which include continuous improvement of the quality of products and services, reduction of ecological burden, improvement of energy management and reduction of energy consumption.
