Internal mixers

Internal mixers are the basis of the mixing line for the rubber compound preparation.

Raw rubber and ingredients (chemical additives, fillers and other components) are processed in the mixing chamber and mixed together to process rubber for tyres and technical rubber (e.g. cables, profiles, seals, footwear industry).

The mixer can work independently or it can be part of a linewith automatic ingredient weighing.

Soulution benefits

The rotors are manufactured with the utmost attention to quality, X-ray testing to detect internal defects, water pressurization during production is standard.

The tangential rotor is developed with many years of experience in compounds mixing. Currently, we also model types with special geometry for specific compounds.

All mixers can be equipped with a hydraulic upper ram or with a traditional pneumatic one.

Mechanical or hydraulic dust seals are standard.

The inner sides of the chamber are hard metal welded, as well as the rotor edges and the surfaces of the upper ram and drop door.

Temperature is an integral part of the mixing process, so all parts of the chamber are cooled.
